Install a generator plugin

Pull a generator from the Available tab; it lands under `~/.nxr/plugins/`.
Generators are versioned, signed bundles. Each install is reproducible — the manifest pins the templates, dependencies, and runtime version.
Steps
- Open the Available tab.
Card list of every generator the central catalog knows about.
- Click 'Install' on the one you want.
Avery downloads the signed tarball, verifies the signature, and unpacks it. Progress streams into the Activity card.
- Use it in a scaffold.
Next time you scaffold an app, the new generator appears in the planner's choices — no restart needed.
