Where do my apps live on disk?

By default, scaffolded apps land in `~/nxr-projects/<slug>/`.
Avery uses a configurable Projects root for new apps — `$HOME/nxr-projects` by default. Each scaffold creates a sibling directory under that root. You can change the root in Settings → Projects, and the change applies to subsequent scaffolds. Imported projects keep their original location regardless of the root.
